Gootch signs a deal with Apache Productions

We are very glad and excited to announce that we have signed a deal with Belgian Label 'Apache Productions' for the release of our first album 'Dirtbag: volume 1'.

Apache Productions is a record label and publishing company based in Belgium and dedicated to supporting and developing interesting national and international (hard) rock and metal bands. With both physical and digital distribution Apache Productions creates the ultimate testing platform for new artists that are trying to make the cut and get to the pinnacle of the new music economy today. The label started out back in 2004 and has since then worked with bands such as Cowboys And Aliens, Spoil Engine and Southern Voodoo, to name just a few.

The deal with Apache will be made official in their next newsletter, but they gave us the permission to release the news as of today. Unfortunately, there is also a little downside for our fans ... the record will NOT be released 8th May on Zeeki Festival as we announced earlier. A minor setback, for which we apologize sincerely ... We hope everybody understands that this is a very big step for us and that we want to do things right! Seeing that our album will be released in most of Europe, there is still a lot of work to be done before the release can take place.

But not to worry, the shows that are planned will be played as scheduled and the set will definately contain most of our new songs. A new releasedate for 'Dirtbag: volume 1' will be set later this month.

We also plan a complete restyling of our website and the launch of a fantastic contest of which we will give you more information soon ... You were warned, be on the lookout!

We zijn erg vereerd en tegelijk superblij dat we mogen bekendmaken dat we een deal getekend hebben bij 'Apache Productions' voor de release van ons eerste album 'Dirtbag: volume 1'.

Apache Productions is een Belgisch platenlabel die gekend staat omwille van haar onstuitbare drive om nationale en internationale (hard) rock en metal bands te promoten. Met zowel fysieke en digitale distributie in hun aanbod wil Apache Productions het ultieme testplatform creëren voor nieuwe artiesten die gezien en gehoord willen worden binnen de nieuwe muzikale economie. Het label startte in 2004 en werkte o.a. samen met bands als Cowboys And Aliens, Spoil Engine en Southern Voodoo, om er maar enkele te noemen.

De deal met Apache wordt bekendgemaakt in hun volgende nieuwsbrief, maar ze gaven ons de toestemming om het nieuws vandaag reeds bekend te maken. Helaas is er ook wat slecht nieuws voor onze fans ... onze plaat zal niet gereleased worden op 8 mei op Zeeki Festival, zoals we eerder bekendmaakten. We verontschuldigen ons alvast voor deze kleine vertraging ... We hopen dat iedereen begrijpt dat dit een grote stap is voor onze band en dat we de zaken correct willen aanpakken. Aangezien onze plaat in het grootste deel van Europa zal gereleased worden, is er nog heel wat werk aan de winkel.

Maar niet getreurd, de geplande shows vinden gewoon plaats en we beloven een pak nieuwe nummers in onze setlist te steken. Een nieuwe releasedatum voor 'Dirtbag: volume 1' wordt later deze maand bekendgemaakt.

We plannen eveneens een complete restyling van de website en de lancering van een machtige wedstrijd. Meer informatie hierover volgt heel binnenkort ... Je werd gewaarschuwd, wees alert!
